I don't think operational space would permit the installation of this type of over bridge at this areas most loved least used Station ,probably due to the fact that someone decided to stuff two whacking great big Knitting masts in the middle of platform two. thus rendering it unusable. It will have lift shafts built in, whether the lifts are installed that will be driven by different decisions and considerations Typically Network Rail look for 120 year life expectancy for such structures.
