Title: Patchway Station. British Sign Language artwork display.
Post by: JayMac on May 05, 2022, 19:47:19
Youngsters got up close to new artwork welcoming passengers to Patchway station, today, 5th May 2022.

The images capture South Gloucestershire residents’ hands using British Sign Language to illustrate two phrases.

Children from the Hearing Resource Base at Woodland Primary School in Yate helped sign the words ‘together we are stronger’ and ‘the future is ours’.

I'll share that with my deaf, BSL-ing friend – though TBH she mainly gets by on lip reading.
