Title: Slightly bizarre forward planning
Post by: bobm on July 06, 2022, 14:34:18
From Journeycheck

Quote
21:29 Gatwick Airport to Reading due 23:16 will call additionally at Redhill.

This is due to a train not stopping at a station it was supposed to.

I thought all the Gatwick - Reading trains stopped at Redhill to reverse.

I am confused. Is there a spur from South to West now at Redhill? I thought that all such trains had to reverse in Redhill station anyway (unless they run via Quarry, Clapham and Staines or North Pole!)
