It looks to me as if there's a shortage of trains rather than a line closed.   The cancellations come as a series all day, with no personal needs breaks as there would be if it were a crew shortage, and there's nothing on JourneyCheck under "line updates"

There was a person hit by a train yesterday and it was a turbo involved, so my guess would be that it relates to that but couldn't say for certain.
