Correct Answer - I thought the 'CP' on the front of the train and the huge vineyards in the background would be a couple of obvious pointers. Pinhao BTW is a splendid little town with a number of eateries, lovely walks along the river, and, if you remember to book early enough!, several estates that do tours & wine/port tastings. Encouraged by your picture and report, I travelled from Vigo to Regua yesterday - a lovely trip, and right up to the head of the line. Spectacular scenery, but a week after the Sunday Steam train ceased for the season, saw the last run of the preserved presidential train carriages (and was gifted a glass, or rather plastic cup, of port window to window, and saw some sad relics just mouldering away. Can anyone fill in the story?
