I am delighted to see a better explanation that we have in the past, though it would be nice if it included alternatives - which at present are probably NOT "go down to your local bus station" as there was a major fire there the other day! Slough public transport really is having its issues. There are a couple of stations - and Windsor and Eton Central is one of them - that include an "&" character in their name and because of how HTML works with this being a special character makes them special cases for the cancellation map, which scrapes a GWR feed. It looks like the feed has been updated in how it handles the station name, so the cancellation map this morning is showing cancellations from Slough not to Windsor but to the Sciliy Isles. As I am in Sicily this morning I am hardly home to fix this, but I'll see what I can do. Indeed - and I have just spent 15 minutes looking to fix a problem that no longer exists. Now an issue with added trains to Heathrow Terminal 5. Just typical that these things go wrong when I'm away having been hunky dory for months! As for the ampersand woes, the fact that you're in Sicily and it sends your trains to Scilly suggests your code is becoming a bit sentient and being arch and humorous.
