It will be started from Exeter St Davids.
It will no longer call at Barnstaple, Umberleigh, Eggesford, Lapford, Morchard Road, Copplestone, Yeoford and Crediton.
This is due to a fault with the signalling system.

Yes, the wording does need altering in examples like this as it sounds silly.  "15:35 Barnstaple to Exeter Central due 16:45 will be partially reinstated" would be better, though even then a little silly with just one stops worth of reinstatement!
