Line still open at present.

In the last 24 hours (to 8am) we have had 1.14 inches of rain in Swindon - around half of that since midnight. TransWilts services from Westbury running as far as Chippenham and waiting time at the down platform.

Water everywhere, lots of water in the fields from Reading to Didcot.They have built a haul road to the bridge that is mentioned elsewhere, which now appears to have a walking speed restriction. Workers on site, but not sure what they can do with these water levels. On the cycle back I chickened out of following the Thames down to the Cowley branch and went through Kennington. Had to cycle through water coming round the top of Didcot power station. Got to Didcot station to be greeted by train cancelled on screens. Stopper to Paddington did.
