This could've affected my journey to Taunton via Exeter today. Fortunately the agitated* bovine got her arse rump in gear just as I was arriving at Exeter St Davids from Templecombe at 0823. I was able to hop on the already delayed 1A73 and actually got to Taunton earlier than I would've with my scheduled connection. Thanks Ermintrude!



*That's how she was described by the MOM on internal systems.

Are Network Rail able to reclaim the fairly hefty delay and cancellations charges from the farmer for this mornings debacle I wonder?
