I think they are a massive improvement on what was there before, but its a shame that they didnt install some proper seating in them. Its very popular with groups of people who are able to talk to the people sat behind them. Been on a pacer when a conversation was happening across the train. They are also very open and give excellent views as you can see every window! Excellent trains for Devon really.
