What a stupid design for a train.  You can dream up whatever method you want to flush the toilet but the number one principle of any train design ought to be - don't interfere with the brakes!

same happened on 170's in the early days,a fault with them caused air leak which the weak compressor could not overcome the main res dropped and dumped in the brakes.
