Title: Arriva CrossCountry on Facebook
Post by: JayMac on January 05, 2010, 02:21:16
In recent months there have been a lot of posts on this forum knocking the CrossCountry franchise. A fair few from me admittedly. :D

In the spirit of offering a balanced view, may I direct forum members with a Facebook account to this page:

http://www.facebook.com/search/?ref=search&q=crosscountry&init=quick#/Crosscountrytrains?ref=search&sid=701859471.2270540579..1

Can't quite work out whether it is an official page, but it does seem to be generally pro CrossCountry. So much so that a negative post of mine was removed.....

Can't quite work out whether it is an official page ...

It looks as if it *is* to me.   The owner of the page posts "we ..." where "we ..." clearly means CrossCountry trains, the main onward link is back to the home page of the company.

It looks official, although "Crosscountry" never replies to any posts holding the TOC to account (such as "are the HSTs coming back", etc.)
