http://www.firstgreatwestern.info/coffeeshop/index.php?action=reminder If you've forgotten your user name too, you can enter your registered email address on that page instead of your user name, and you'll be emailed the user name and a password reset - rather like the initial reset. If you have also lost the email address that you registered from ... it's a bit more difficult! (user name, password, email all remembered - just "really are" forgotten). If you need a reminder of who you really are, can I suggest you look yourself up on Wikipedia (or, failing that, Google) which has some information that may be of help ... you can't totally believe everything you read on wikipedia, but it may give you some good clues.
