Post by: Chris from Nailsea on October 18, 2010, 21:35:53
From the BBC (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-cambridgeshire-11568129):

Quote
A 20-year-old man has been charged with driving and railway law offences over an incident which led to a train hitting a barrier in Cambridgeshire.

A car, reported as stolen from March, crashed through a railway crossing barrier at Kings Delph in June.

A train then hit the remains of the barrier at speed.

Police traced a man from March and charged him with driving without insurance, aggravated vehicle-taking and causing a railway to be obstructed.

The man was bailed to appear at Peterborough Magistrates Court on 28 October.
