Title: Double use of ticket, or genuine mistake? Post by: grahame on October 15, 2007, 16:46:04 Nice guy sitting opposite me in the South West train headed out from Waterloo. A ticket check and he hands over his ticket. "It got punched yesterday in error" he says. "Oh well - I'll punch it again" says the conductor. And I found myself wondering - genuine case , or a ticket being used twice for the same journey. Is it easy for the conductor to tell?
