Title: What went wrong this morning?
Post by: adc82140 on January 10, 2011, 21:37:16
New year, new job, new commute. First day on the North Downs Line between North Camp and Guildford (having spent several years on the Maidenhead-Paddington run)....

The 07:36 from North Camp was no less than 39 minutes late arriving this morning. Apparently there was "ice on the track". One of the other commuters did quip that North Camp must be in a microclimate, as everything on SWT at Ash Vale less than a mile away was running OK. Were conditions really that bad this morning?

Let's hope this was a one off delay- not a good start ot my new route!!!
