From the FGW website :

Train services at Swansea are being disrupted due to a problem with line-side equipment . Delays can be expected.

Heavy snowfall is preventing staff from getting to work.

There are also several service revisions :

15:30 Swansea to London Paddington due 18:25
This train will be revised. It will additionally call at: Didcot Parkway.

15:55 Cardiff Central to London Paddington due 18:02
This train will be cancelled. This is due to a member of train crew being unavailable.

Customers travelling from Cardiff Central to London Paddington are advised to travel on the 1625 service.

16:55 Cardiff Central to London Paddington due 19:02
This train will be started from Newport South Wales. It will no longer call at: Cardiff Central. This is due to poor weather conditions.

Customers travelling from Cardiff Central to Newport South Wales are advised to travel on the 1725 service.

15:45 London Paddington to Swansea due 18:45
This train has been cancelled. This is due to an earlier train fault.

Customers travelling from London Paddington to Swansea are advised to travel on the 1615 service.
