Travelling from junction 19 on the M4 to junction 17 on Sunday morning and return.

Never saw any of the motorway message boards displaying info about the protest on Monday

due to fuel protests taking place
with the severn tunnel closed it won't be an easy journey on Monday if you want to use M4/M5/M32

Interesting cancellations,

Twelve services,
eight cancelled B.P. to Newport and only
four cancelled Newport to B.P.

Having said that,don't think its much of a problem,as most of the cancelled services seem to be Patchway and Severn Tunnel.
Head to Newport and get on one of the half hourly cross country services to STJ (Severn Tunnel Junction railway station).
