With regard to children wearing masks, rather than use age why not impose them when they enter secondary school? That has a defined start date. Where first, middle and upper school systems are in place choose one of the progression points.

I was looking at the Waterloo Exeter service since it has been back to hourly. Generally time keeping is much better, apart from the effect of the odd bridge strike. Fewer passengers?

RTT» (Real Time Trains - website) shows 35 late off Penzance, the 183 at Liskeard, thus supporting your post. Diverted via B&H (Berks and Hants - railway line from Reading to Taunton via Westbury) seemingly and arrived 70 down
