Random stab in the dark... is 3 Weston Milton? I know they've had some recent artwork/flowers put in there.

As I think that it's the Front of the train I reckon it's the Barnstaple Line near Coleford Junction

It says "London Paddington" so, yes, of course it's Patchway !!

I'll take a stab at this one... I reckon you were between Trowbridge and Bradford Junction... Possibly near the walkway for Innox Road??
