I just wanted to say, once again, how useful the onboard announcments were on the 0634 Reading to Gatwick were which ended up terminating at Redhill due to a train fire (according to the TM‡(resolve)) between Redhill and Gatwick

Had I have been one of the families on the train with 27 suitcases Florida bound I may not have received the announcments so well Smiley
