"Door must be kept locked shut"

So that will be a wall then Cheesy

Indeed.  Sometimes, it's an even more emphatic "This door must be kept locked at all times."  That's not a door.  Roll Eyes

"Keep to the left & hold the handrails!"

Each staircase has three handrails. How do you hold them all?
