The last 57 operated service of the year looks to be cancelled by a 57 fault. Both "ups" showing cancelled, so presumably the down will be too.

The 57s were doing so well recently as well..... It is a DRS (Direct Rail Services Ltd) 57, although I've been told GWR (Great Western Railway) are in negotiation to buy 2 DRS 57s.

GWR (Great Western Railway) have recently purchased a couple of additional 57s. Presumably to do 387 drags

57306 was allocated to 1C99 in error last night as it was restricted due to below spec brake blocks, so Penzance had no option but to stop it.

Do Long Rock have the ability to replace them or will another loco have to be sent down for tonight's up sleeper?
