All current elected officers have indicated their willingness to stand for a further year.   Additional nominations should be emailed to info@atrebatia.info before 23:59 on 31st January 2014, stating your name, the name of the person nominated, full contact details for both, and the organisation they represent (or "community member").  Please also confirm their willingness to stand.  Postal nominations may also be made to reach the CRP (Community Rail Partnership) at 48, Spa Road, Melksham by 31st January 2014.  Should any position be contested, everyone standing for that position will be notified on or before 2nd February and will be given the opportunity to briefly address the AGM to promote their candidature; they will also be able to post here and to our other social media.  Voting will be by secret ballot, first past the post for each role, with the electorate comprising confirmed meeting attendees.   Elections will be in the order Chair - Treasurer - Secretary - Vice Chair - Press and Publicity, and if a person is elected (or takes a role unopposed) then they will not be eligible to stand for election for a subsequent role.  However, they may take a subsequent role unopposed.
