When the General Public wake up to the fact that global warming (GW (Great Western))  is going to send the Human Race the same way as the Dinosaurs, what will happen?
It's seen as a Joke, "If GW raises the average Summer temp up a by 3 degrees BRING IT ON"

It wont be so funny when crops fail, food is short and people would kill to eat, breakdown of society, just because People put there Heads in the Sand over GW.

People should leave there Cars at home and use public Transport is a cry from 90% of the population only thing is, THAT DOESN'T APPLY TO ME!

Of course Parliament should take the lead doing things like,

1 Cutting Street Lights by 50% or more, easy to do just pull the fuse out of every other lamp post.

2 Bringing out Petrol Rationing.

3 Ban lorrys from runs of 50miles or more unless NO alterative means of transport available, not just Trains, but Boats both Sea and Canal/River

4 Invest in Railways and Waterways.

5 Putting a Large Tax on Air Conditioning, it's not magic It causes more heat than it cools a room down by
 down.

No it will never happen not till it's to late, Just have to get used to the Idea of Eating the Neighbours DOG, followed by the neighbour.

You never do look on the bright side do you?

For the majority of road transit in the Uk, lorrys are the most cost effective method. Such as retail restocking. As its simply not possible to restock shops all round the Uk overnight by using rail. (blame someone called beeching for that)

Also, i'm still behind the reasoning of it's just the atmosphere warming up from the last ice age, as theres more evidence behind it. We are merely speeding it up.

My Family always does. Shame its a 5 mile drive to the train station thanks to beeching and the bus service was cut 4 years ago.

You never do look on the bright side do you?

With a wish to see 50% of street lighting turned off, I give you that, It's not looking on the bright side.

However I have posted a couple of Jokes on the lighter side, and given information about the correct battery for a Bardic lamp.

But then if you knew what I know about what I hear about what goes on on our mucked up railway,
YOU wouldn't be Happy at all.

I'm looking forward to First group giving back the FGW (First Great Western) keys back to DfT» (Department for Transport - about), but that won't happen soon, as I expect the DfT would also want the keys to First ScotRail and First Transpennie as well.
