From GWR▸ (Great Western Railway) Journeycheck:

Due to failure of the electricity supply between Yeovil Pen Mill and Weymouth all lines are closed.
Train services running to and from these stations may be cancelled or delayed. Disruption is expected until 19:00 21/08.

Customer Advice
The electric supply to the local area and the signalling between Dorchester and Weymouth has failed resulting in the line being closed. Due to how the signalling system works we are unable to run trains between Yeovil Pen Mill and Weymouth.
Currently attempting to resource road transport.

South Western Railway services between London Waterloo and Weymouth are also affected and not running between Wool and Weymouth.
