A line of introduction

I worked on BR (British Rail(ways)) back in the 1970s, signalling, with Witham (now East Somerset Junction) as my final box before leaving to join a west country railway restoration project.

No longer working on the railway, but a user of both FGW (First Great Western) and Chiltern services.
