Overcrowding en route to St Austell beer festival

.........I'm sure any discomfort was quickly forgotten on arrival at the destination!!!

The 0828 from Saltash was already busy when we got on - apparently the 0928 was so full that by Par they weren't letting anyone else on.
Similarly on the way back at 1743 (also a 2-car 150) it was standing room only for yours truly.

A passenger had a lucky escape shortly before our return train - he was on the down platform and over-indulgence sent him tumbling onto the tracks - thankfully the BTP^▸ hauled him back up before any trains approached.

Extra carriages will be warmly welcomed as and when they arrive!

William Huskisson MP^▸ was the first person to be killed by a train while crossing the tracks, in 1830. Many more have died in the same way since then. Don't take a chance: stop, look, listen.
