A big UP to the TM(resolve) of today's 11.47 BRI» (Bristol Temple Meads - next trains) to PGN (1C09) for allowing decency to prevail, when a jobsworth attitude could have been adopted. I shan't go into too many details in case serious rules were broken. Suffice to say, Mrs FT, N! and our disabled friend were travelling from BRI to TQY, using a dodgy first class split-ticket scheme of my devising. Thanks to the TM, they had a completely uninterrupted journey, instead of a planned change to a Pacer at EXD» (Exeter St Davids - next trains). They were grateful, and impressed.
