Yes, I do acknowledge that, but the organisation that was Webberbus went bust nearly a month ago - so the whole corporate entity is clearly defunct by now, and it really can't have been so much of a surprise that any e-mails and phone calls went unanswered.

That's what I found remarkable.  Lips sealed

William Huskisson MP (Member of Parliament) was the first person to be killed by a train while crossing the tracks, in 1830.  Many more have died in the same way since then.  Don't take a chance: stop, look, listen.

"Level crossings are safe, unless they are used in an unsafe manner."  Discuss.

What the journalist doesn't say is whether she called the liquidators for a comment....one therefore assumes her education is defunct & she doesn't realise a) if a company has gone bust, only the liquidators are permitted to comment, unless the liquidators have given someone else the ability to do so (which they wouldn't, generally)

All the press reports about  the Webberbus demise mentioned that a statement was to be released  on the Friday afternoon by the MD. As far as I can tell no statement was ever made.

I was assuming that any company emails and telephones would be diverted to the liquidator.
