On our "new" taxi rank, vehicles pull up on the right rather than the left. With the disabled spaces across the one way roadway pulling up on the left. Does this "work" for you?

The taxis have two doors for people to get in out in the roadway, and only one door roadside. And most taxis journeys are from or to street locations where it can be dangerous to get out on the driver's side - meaning that nervous or mobility limited passengers will have to get in one side and slide across to the other at some point more often than is prudent
Disables drivers have to get out of their cars into the roadway .
