A welcome will also be extended to groups and stakeholders from outside the area that TWSW^» (TravelWatch SouthWest - website) defines as the SouthWest who make use of or have an interest in services or potential services that extend into the SouthWest or pass through.   Examples include:
* Groups / stakeholders using long distance trains for journeys between London and Reading (and Didcot and Newbury)
* Groups / stakeholders using GWR^▸ (Great Western Railway) services from South Wales to London, or for local journeys in South Wales
* Oxford area groups concerned with travel from Oxford to Swindon and west thereof
