GWR don't want to hear from me

I'm just wondering whether other members have tried clicking on the "Contact Us" button on the GWR^▸ Journeycheck or Train Running link on this forum and have got the same "404 This page does not exist" response?

Appears to be a changed link that hasn't been updated on the JourneyCheck system.

The 404 does however link to the contact us page: https://www.gwr.com/help-and-support/contact

I'll email someone so it can be looked into and sorted so links correct though.

"We will respond within 7 days" - is that for an acknowledgement or full response? It would be interesting to know because as I understand it the backlog is more like weeks, and has been for almost a year.......any performance stats available?

Acknowledgement counts as a response (unfortunately), so the stats show responses within time limits, not answers
