I'm just wondering whether other members have tried clicking on the "Contact Us" button on the GWR (Great Western Railway) Journeycheck or Train Running link on this forum and have got the same "404 This page does not exist" response?

Same applies if you click on 'Customer Service' in the menu bar or 'Contact' at the very bottom of the page  Embarrassed

Appears to be a changed link that hasn't been updated on the JourneyCheck system.

The 404 does however link to the contact us page: https://www.gwr.com/help-and-support/contact

I'll email someone so it can be looked into and sorted so links correct though.

"We will respond within 7 days" - is that for an acknowledgement or full response? It would be interesting to know because as I understand it the backlog is more like weeks, and has been for almost a year.......any performance stats available?

Acknowledgement counts as a response (unfortunately), so the stats show responses within time limits, not answers
