Has the wrong kind of snow entered the booking system??

Yesterday I started to book a simple advance ticket for 17 April. The following has happened so far and many things continue today:
1. On several versions of the "home page" railcard entries are not accepted.
2. Postcode/address not recognised.
3. Payment not accepted using a variety of cards.
4. No click through from National Rail.
5. Similar problems on the mobile version.
6. E-mail address entries not easily entered, for delivery or Nectar Points.

I have not yet succeeded and I was going to book First Class but today the price has increased, so it will not happen.

Any thoughts/comments from anyone?

You don't state which website(s) you were trying to use....

Thought it was clear from the title but it was the main GWR (Great Western Railway) site. This site has several "home pages" where the booking process may be started.

No problem encountered on the mobile app this morning/last night. With railcard. Are you still getting this problem?

Bear in mind something mentioned elsewhere in that the period for buying advances has been affected by NRs» (Network Rail - home page) inability to produce timetables 12 weeks ahead - it may be that advances aren't available until 4-6 weeks ahead on certain routes.

I'm trying to book a ticket on April 21st on the GWR (Great Western Railway) website and it's not giving me any opportunity to enter a disabled railcard - I get offered the option of a 16-25 Railcard or a 26-30 Railcard, and that's all. Interesting, as I wasn't sure if the 26-30 Railcards were generally available. I can only assume GWR are actively discouraging people aged over 31 and /or disabled from travelling on a Saturday.

Not having that problem in Chrome - what browser are you using, and which operating system?

It's resolved itself when I looked today; thanks for the helpful response though ChrisB.
