Wrongly fired for using force in the wrong way on passengers?

I thought we had discussed the dragging of a passenger off a United Airlines flight because there were too many on board and seats were needed for crew some time last year - but can't find the thread.

As even, I look at things like this and wonder "could this happen on a train" and "could this happen in the UK^▸ (United Kingdom)".   Train manager at Paddinton / Cardiff / Finstock decides that train is too full to travel. Gets heavies to get excess people off as they won't get off themselves.    Then the heavy gets legal / heavy:

It wouldnt happen.

 For one thing its assault and generally speaking GWR^▸ (Great Western Railway) staff are more than happy to stand back and let more and more board until it's physically impossible to even cram in a wafer......GWR will then cite a study, out of context, which they claim states that overcrowding is not dangerous.

The scenario where staff members needed to get on board wouldn't be an issue. In my experience in times of horrendous overcrowding they will have installed themselves in 1st class 😉
