165132 is shown as working 08:50 Great Malvern to Westbury, the unit from which normally works the 11:47 Westbury to Swindon and the 12:49 Swindon to Frome services.

165s were being introduced on some new services today IIRC (if I recall/remember/read correctly).  I believe the 2-cars are being labelled as coaches D and E, with the 3-cars A, B, and C - presumably to make things more logical when working as 5-car units, not that it guarantees A, B, C, D, and E in the correct order of course!  Does that mean reservations will be possible?

Two diagrams - that's most of the trains - are scheduled to be worked by class 165 as from today.   Those two diagrams are the local shuttles between Westbury and Swindon (including the Frome extension at lunch time) and the extra train in the middle of the day that arrives at Westbury late morning from the Bristol direction, and heads back after lunchtime to Bristol Parkway to then form the "Parly" service over the Rhubarb Loop.
