Forgive me if I've missed something, but what's misleading about that?

Unless I'm missing something also, I suspect grahame, like me, read the headline and opening paragraph as if it related to the First Group and its directors Huh?

The words in italics were how I first read it ... never in the text.  Perhaps I should have been clearer in my quoting.
