Apparently, this report is based on the recent All Parliamentary Rail Group meeting last week in the Copmmons. Does Hansard record these Group meetings?
Modern Railways this month seems to have reported this story quoting a meeting of the same group in November.  I think I’m going with old news...

Could I please ask members if they would check spelling of messages, before they hit the post button, I have seen many mistakes in this forum over the past few weeks, I try to make my posts as accurate as possible. I usually post a message and re edit, if I see a mistake.

Not known yet if he does.

Personally, I love the idea of old Mr Hansard in a corner of the commons, quill in hand, jotting down verbatim the proceedings. A shame DB» (Deutsche Bahn - German State Railway - about) wasn't aware that Thomas Curson Hansard heard the cry of "Order, order!" for the final time in May 1833.
