According to realtime trains there is to be an additional service from Weymouth on Sundays at 0807 to Cardiff, replacing the current 0939 Frome to Cardiff and running about 10 minutes earlier north of Frome. I have not found any other significant changes other than the SWR» (South Western Railway - about) services listed elsewhere.
