Another challenge for SWR» (South Western Railway - about) to have to fight off. Just been one issue after another for First/MTR to deal with.

This will be interesting....personally, I check where the boundary station is every time I want to go out-boundary of my season & just purchase a ticket from that station to my destination. Admittedly, I have problems if there's a valid alternative route back I wish to use, but that's so infrequent that I visit a ticket office to get the boundary ticket.

I certainly don't believe the class claim that very few people do this & simply buy the full ticket when they don't have to. I'd like to see the research (if they've done any)
