At 0810 this morning at Trowbridge both ticket machines were out of order and only one of the two windows in the ticket office was staffed.  I think the other person was trying to restore the machines to working order.  I'll see what tomorrow brings as I am travelling in to Bristol 3 days this week for a course.

I think the section may come and go (if there's nothing to report).

Yes - found it this morning on my mobile. It occurs to me that many (most?) punters/passengers might not realise that "Station Updates" would be the place to find this. I checked a few other TOC (Train Operating Company)'s websites and all seemed to be the same.

Time perhaps for someone to put some thought into website design and layout to make this easier to find?

The ... nightmare ... of knowing what to put where on a web site. As soon as you promote something, you demote something else - be it loosing data on an already-crowded page, or loosing effect on a marketing splash.

I am ... tempted for the future release ... to update our cancellation map, removing the road congestion spots, adding in station issues and perhaps engineering changes planned. To do so, I need to switch from scraping to more complex but more robust industry feeds.  Certainly, looking to see if the TVM (Ticket Vending Machine) at your departing station is faulty via an alphabetic list on a pulldown ... ain't intuitive.

I went past Deepdene on the bus yesterday. The TVMs (Ticket Vending Machine) are either side of the bridge at the bottom of the stairs / pathway to each platform. The Reading bound TVM has been vandalised - smashed screen. The other TVM may have been in service. Didn't look damaged to me.
