I thought they have completed the uprights or nearly have. The curved cap is still to be fitted and infilling between old and new wall.

The upper section seems to be progressing quite well Is that upper section going to stretch all the way along that part of the seawall (ie, between Dawlish Station and Kennaway Tunnel)?
