I knew that!

But there are those who only have this forum as an every now and again visitor or, unlike me don't have it on auto refresh who may not

Learnt to cope

Have a good strap and a pair of semi hiking shoes that dont allow foot to move - therefore walking almost normally

Which is why I didnt kick up a fuss in the first couple of days  - you have to learn to cope.

Even had to run for train tonight

First slowtrack late again (two tuesdays on run) and then announcements announce reverse formation - so had to hobble/peg it into reading then down the platform - only to find it wasnt in reverse formation and had to peg it back again!

For someone who cycled 15 miles a day I am way out of shape

(and my foot now hurts like ****)

Conner,  I'm delighted at the change of name - totally your own choice; I agree it gives the consistency and personal touch to the moderation team.  A sort of convention when someone changes their name in this situation is to add "formerly xxxxx" - in your case "formely qprrule" in their signature for a while, and I note that you did this at the time you changed, so that every post of yours includes a connection for readers.

There's a sticky topic at
http://www.firstgreatwestern.info/coffeeshop/index.php?topic=1780.0
which gives a brief introduction to all the moderators
