Brilliant, we've organised a 40th birthday trip for my good lady's son to Miniatur Wunderland/Hamburg in a few days time and it's right by there where he's staying. I'm going to email him the clip, he's going to want a go on that!
He'll enjoy Miniatur Wunderland. I'm going back again next month. It's a shame the Riverbus doesn't start till next year, I would have enjoyed a trip on that.
Travel tip: The harbour ferries are a cheap way of touring the Port of Hamburg. They are part of the Hamburg transport network (along with bus, U-Bahn, S-Bahn, ANB etc) and so day and multi day travel tickets are valid on them (but not on the official harbour tours off course).
At least one ferry route is circular, covering of a big chunk of the harbour and it's very nice on a sunny day to do a circuit or two sat on deck ordering a beer which is brought to you.
Okay, so there's no commentary but a tourist booklet could adequetely substitute.
Thanks for the tip. I didn't know the ferries were part of the transport network so I will try and take a ride this time.
