I rather suspect it's a standard model of planter ... not Exeter St Davids either!

Is no 1 Stonehouse? I've never got on or off there, but have ruled out other stations that might have a Severnside link.

BTW (by the way), given every likelihood of complete lockdown happening fairly soon, I hope Graham has a large selection of photos to keep us all active during our quarantine periods.  Wink

Many a true word written in jest ... I moved my rover plans forward from Easter to March, thinking that travel may become restricted or unwise for me for a while.

Not that much in jest. I fully expect to find ourselves restricted to our house, at least for substantial amounts of time, in a matter of weeks if not days, and if that happens, your quizzes will be one of my first points of call.

I also had plans for a rover trip, and fortunately managed to take it, finishing midweek last week. Probably only just in time as it turns out, it would be difficult to 'social distance' while travelling around by train. Though as some others have noted elsewhere, I think numbers travelling are noticeably fewer than would happen normally.

Still to guess / work out - five out of Eleven

Gloucester, Cheltenham Spa, St Ives, Chippenham, Severn Beach, Avonmouth, Bath Spa, Sea Mills, Shirehampton, Keynsham, Oldfield Park, Taunton, Stroud, Swindon, Dilton Marsh ... in those 15 places listed are 5 correct answers and 10 incorrect.    Can anyone work out and tell me the right answers FOR ALL 5 ... an example response might be:

10 Sea Mills

1.

6 Stroud
Stroud I always associate with hanging baskets rather than planters. But then those are memories going way back to the 20th century. (Yes, I do realize you're not actually – necessarily – saying that 6, or even any of them, is Stroud.)

You are correct I suggesting that no. 6 is not Stroud ... in fact only one of those answers in the sample is correct.

Yes, it *is* ... that was the one of the five I gave you the correct answer to.  The London end of platforms 1 and 3.
