I have been updating my totem generator at http://www.wellho.net/demo/totemnew.php - not sure whether its "Lighter side", "New Campaigns" or "Heritage" board.   Please feel free to try and/or suggest further backgrounds

Really Needs ....

I can put other base artwork in - happy to add a few if people send blanks to me and give me RGB settings for the text..   Need to be AOK on copyright, and I am not sure that I have exactly the right font, nor the correct kerning within the font. Lots of other varients and options not covered ...

Just in case of confusion when I said proper GWR (Great Western Railway) I was refering to the PRE British Rail GWR. Not trying to make work for you Graham. Grin

You do the work of sending me a blank base ... I'll add it to the scripts and align the text.  Happy to share work.

Superb generator - thanks!

Enjoyed putting Penzance into Network SouthEast.

Wondered about Indian Railways station signs - they're virtually LT!

There must have been something good about the Raj.

Great fun.  Thanks for sharing :-)

The pedant in me is asking if the typeface for the BR (British Rail(ways)) era totems could be changed from Helvetica (I think it's that, or something like it) to Gill Sans?  Just to please the pedant and to make it perfick

The font used was SUPPOSED to be quite close ...

Addictive, I'm afraid - more backgrounds added and a font pulldown.   Defaults unchanged but the code is done to allow easy addition of other fonts.
