Despite the rapid changes in these strange times we continue working to ensure the connectivity for communities improves and facilitates future passengers, albeit online.

I am delighted to confirm that the otherwise rather dry proceedings will be enlivened by Jaime Rockhill from Network Rail, with whom TWSW» (TravelWatch SouthWest - website) has worked closely during the past couple of years to develop the West of England Line Continuous Modular Strategic Plan (CMSP)

[TWSW» (TravelWatch SouthWest - website)] If you represent a member group ... formal zoom meeting details should be with you for Friday evening which is - yikes - tomorrow now.   At any time, one of the nightmares the TWSW secretary has is keeping up with who's who for which organisation, who's changed their email address or name, etc.  And this has been a year of exceptional change; please let me know if you should have received the following and have not done so.

TWSW is inviting you to the TWSW AGM (Annual General Meeting) as a scheduled Zoom meeting.  The meeting starts at 1700 hrs and I recommend setting yourself up with a cup of something beside you from 1650 hrs.

We have an exciting guest speaker to talk about the contribution that passenger stakeholders make to development of tangible strategy.  As always, it would be helpful if you could let me know who plans to attend from your organisation.

You can find out more about how this forum works [here] - that will link you to a copy of the forum agreement that you can read before you join, and tell you very much more about how we operate. We are an independent forum, provided and run by customers of Great Western Railway, for customers of Great Western Railway and we welcome railway professionals as members too, in either a personal or official capacity. As well as posting messages onto existing threads, and starting new subjects, members can communicate with each other through personal messages if they wish. And once members have made a certain number of posts, they will automatically be admitted to the "frequent posters club", where subjects not-for-public-domain are discussed; anything from the occasional rant to meetups we may be having ...
