Stagecoach is to introduce the system on a new fleet of seven Alexander-Dennis Enviro double-decker buses, running on the 20 and 20A service, linking Oxford, Woodstock, Charlbury and Chipping Norton (link below.)

Maybe, but the 15miles from Chippy to central Oxford can take over an hour if going via the villages. More likely they are standardising facilities on their buses so they can be swapped between services to cover breakdowns but they get the big media spash as introducing a new service.
