Visit www.gwr.com for the official Great Western Railway website. Please contact the administrators of this site if you feel that the content provided by one of our posters contravenes our posting rules

The forum agreement, posting guidelines, constitution, etc, can be found ((Here))

Should you have arrived at this page because you believe posts or other published content contravenes our posting rules or the law, or is otherwise inappropriate, please contact the administrators. They can be reached via admin@railcustomer.info and via the "NOTIFY" button which logged in members will find on each thread.  The administrators of this forum will then review the objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, and will remove or edit it if they determine that is necessary.

Review is a manual process. Please realise that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. We have a target of reviewing matters of this type within 24 hours of the report, and of resolving the public content within 48 hours. While matters are under review, content may be temporarily removed from public view; this should not be taken as an agreement with the issues raised by the reporter - only that we are looking at the matter.

Please note that individual posters are solely responsible for the content of their posted messages, and that our admin team can only act when something is brought to their attention, either in their normal use of the forum or by members or guests.

This post is a clarification of long-standing policy. The posting at this time does not reflect any issues what so ever on the forum, but rather is based on a review of our approach to this matter which was triggered by experiences elsewhere.

You can find out more about how this forum works [here] - that will link you to a copy of the forum agreement that you can read before you join, and tell you very much more about how we operate. We are an independent forum, provided and run by customers of Great Western Railway, for customers of Great Western Railway and we welcome railway professionals as members too, in either a personal or official capacity. Views expressed in posts are not necessarily the views of the operators of the forum.

As well as posting messages onto existing threads, and starting new subjects, members can communicate with each other through personal messages if they wish. And once members have made a certain number of posts, they will automatically be admitted to the "frequent posters club", where subjects not-for-public-domain are discussed; anything from the occasional rant to meetups we may be having ...
