OS and the mapping of tram routes

A paper of interest in a recent edition of Sheetlines, the journal of the Charles Close Society. See page 32 on of https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/sheetlines-archive/Sh117.pdf.

Covers Cornish mining tramways as well as The Wantage Tramway.

There are various other railway related papers scattered through past editions of the journal.

Have a look at the NLS map website. It can give great detail of former tramways..

I don't know if you intended it to be a quiz, but I am struggling to identify the location of No 4.

Update: Found it! I know them all now.

Not really intended as a quiz - many of the maps have place names on them (agreed some do not). They are:

Westbury

Melksham

Trowbridge

Warminster

Ferry Bridge Inn (Wyke Regis)

Holt Junction

with regards to the Redruth Camborne Tramway, there's quite a lot of info and a few pics. here...
